2 Year Warranty on parts and labour.
2 Year Scheduled Service Program.

Vanrooy Premier Care 2x2 is confirmation of the confidence we have in the quality and durability of our equipment.
Our program brings the following benefits to our clients:

Extended warranty covering parts and labour.
Scheduled servicing for trouble free operation
Reduced potential for down time
Compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) documentation requirements
Increased life of machine
Increased re-sale value of machine

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Warranty period is for 2 years from date of delivery of the item.
Warranty period covers parts and labour costs during normal business hours.
Warranty does not cover damage caused to the machine due to misuse, abuse or operator error.
Warranty does not cover any parts classified as a consumable. For example moulder belts, sheeter belts, drive V belts and chain.
Warranty does not cover any glass or light bulbs.
Warranty will become null and void if there is any use of vegetable oil on the machine.
Free servicing covers all service procedures as recommended by the manufacturer to a maximum of 2 visits.
Date of attendance on site will be at our descretion and during normal business hours.
Premier Care only applies to our agency lines and does not apply to items bought in from local suppliers.
Premier Care only applies to new machines and not reconditioned or secondhand machines.
