To promote and celebrate the art of Australian Artisan Baking through a professional and competitive forum for trade Bakers and Pastry cooks between 20 to 55 years of age.

National Pastie Competition

With entries already confirmed from all over Australia and last year’s winners competing to retain their title, The Great Australian Pastie competition will be jumping with activity for the three days of the event.

Final judging will be on Tuesday 21^st June, the last day of Bakery Australia.  There are three great titles to be won at this year’s competition including the prestigious ‘Great Australian Pastie’ title.

If you’re not competing yourself you can visit The Pastie Arena for daily demonstrations and tips on making great pasties.
